The Management Team
Thai on the Fly is jointly owned by Christopher Parsons and Niddy Saengsrichan. Already previous restaurant owners in Thailand, the happy couple bring to the table a wealth of business and culinary experience.

Christopher Parsons, General Manager
Though once a Disney entertainer, Christopher has spent an extensive part of his career as an educator, most recently teaching Performing Arts just outside of the Boston area. He was the Co-Owner and General Manager of a Thai restaurant in Pattaya, Thailand and has worked in many capacities in several different culinary establishments. His strong sense of marketing and business savvy will ensure the success of Thai on the Fly.

Niddy Saengsrichan, Chef

Professionally trained at The Chiang Mai Institute of Culinary Arts, Niddy is a lifelong Thai cuisine expert. Having been born and raised in northern Thailand, he brings to the table an undeniable passion for truly authentic Thai cuisine. Having worked as a Chef for the past couple of years at another local Thai restaurant, Niddy is keenly aware of what it takes to run a successful kitchen.
